Gathering these fibers is a delicate process; fibers are carefully combed by hand and then brought to the production facility for cleaning and sorting. The finest and softest fibers are selected during this process, while the coarser hairs are discarded. The fine hair stands are later spun into a yarn, which is used to produce the final product, the best cashmere wool blanket.
