Order Processing
  • All our orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2 working days from the warehouse of our 3PL partner, Alt FineCom Finishing-eCommerce-Logistics GmbH, in Germany, and handed over to our logistics partners.
  • An order confirmation email will be sent after the customer makes the order, which includes an invoice and our terms and policies.

Delivery Method
  • We partner with DHL for all our deliveries, and all orders are handed over to last-mile carriers.
  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order is fulfilled and ready to be handed over to the transportation carrier. This email will include the tracking number for shipping, our return policy, and further instructions to follow for the return process.
Delivery Period
  • Under normal circumstances, products will be packed and handed over to our logistics partner within 2 working days.
  • The actual delivery time of the parcel varies between 3-7 business days within the EU and deliveries to non-EU countries can take up to 21 business days depending on the destination.
  • Estimated delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, estimated delivery dates can also change between the time you place and receive an order. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as tracking links and order details.
Customs and regulations
  • Within EU
    There are no customs duties, and no additional fees other than the shipping cost to be paid when ordering from within the EU. The quoted final prices will include the VAT of the destination country.

  • Outside EU
    In some countries outside the EU, the customer must pay customs charges before the shipment is delivered. The quoted final prices will not include VAT or GST.

    The charges might include import duties, import VAT, customs clearance charges, and other applicable charges.

    These fees shall be handled by the customers and please note that the company has no authority over the customs and duty taxes.

Out Of Stock
If delivery of the goods ordered by you is not possible, for example, because the goods ordered are not in stock, GOBI will not accept an acceptance declaration. A contract is not concluded in this case. GOBI will promptly inform you about this and reimburse any consideration already received. GOBI is only obliged to deliver from its stock of goods. We do not assume the risk of procuring an ordered product (procurement risk).
Special Orders
  • In rare cases, due to German customs laws, international orders above 1,000€ may be delivered in multiple packages at different times.
Promotions
  • Please note that discounts and promotions may vary at online and physical stores. We are unable to always guarantee the same prices will be available both online and in physical stores. Products purchased at online stores cannot be returned or refunded at physical stores, the same is applicable for products purchased at physical stores. We are also unable to refund any price difference if the products' prices are different between online and physical stores.
Gift/Bundle/BOGO with Purchase
  • The gift card is valid only in GOBI Cashmere stores in Germany as well as at www.gobicashmere.com. The card expires and cannot be used 12 months after the date of purchase. This card cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash. GOBI Cashmere disclaims any liability for cards that are misplaced, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization. Acceptance of these terms and conditions indicates acceptance of this card.
  • Promotional coupon codes are not applicable on products with on-sale discounts unless stated otherwise, and the following products depending on the coupon codes: €99 Hat & Sweater Set, Travel Essentials Kit, Baby Cashmere Set, Cashmere Comb, Cashmere Sneakers, Gift Cards, Gift Boxes, Sneakers, Caps, and Ballerina. For further information, contact customer service.
  • To receive a gift/additional BOGO (Buy 1, Get 1 Free) and bundle item, the customer should add it to the basket with the selected item, otherwise, the gift/additional BOGO and bundle item will not be shipped together. GOBI has no authority to ship the item/additional BOGO and bundle item, which was not on the final placed order.
  • At the end of GOBI’s promotions, coupons, gifts, bundles, BOGO, sales offers, and any following offers can have varying duration dates and differing sales concepts. Certain promotions may not be used in the same order. Please contact our customer service for more information.
  • The gift promotion does not apply to orders placed under the "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" promotion. Unless an additional product above the threshold of €199 outside the BOGO promotion is placed in the same order, in which case the gift is applicable.
  • When placing an order using the BOGO promotion, please note that the order will be charged by the higher-valued product and the lower-valued product will be considered free.
Loyalty Policy
  • Loyalty points can be redeemed at checkout; however, they cannot be combined with a coupon code or store credit.
  • Loyalty points can be redeemed with on-sale products and other promotions. Please note that our Loyalty point will expire after 6 months of inactivity.
